Dan Herrington named chief administrative officer at Electrical Cooperatives of Arkansas
Dan Herrington was named chief administrative officer for the Electrical Cooperatives of Arkansas on Wednesday (Dec. 7). He joins the cooperatives after a 27-year profession with Little Rock-based Friday Regulation Agency.
